NCT ID NCT06472115

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests a telehealth program that teaches parents how to help their autistic children who strongly need things to stay the same. The program is adapted from an existing anxiety treatment and delivered entirely online. Researchers will see if parents can learn the techniques and if children show less distress when routines change. The study involves 30 children aged 6 to 10 with autism and average or above-average intelligence.
