New study: parents may be key to helping autistic kids sleep

Summary
This study tests a 10-week telehealth program where parents learn techniques to help their autistic child (ages 3-7) sleep better. About 130 children will be randomly assigned to one of two parent-led approaches. The goal is to reduce insomnia symptoms and improve overall well-being.
