Summary

This study tests a text message program for new parents in Nova Scotia. 332 first-time parents will either receive daily texts for 6 weeks with tips on baby care and mental health, or no texts. Researchers will compare confidence, anxiety, depression, and co-parenting between the two groups at 6 weeks and 6 months after birth.
