Summary

This study is testing which of two parent-focused therapy programs works better to reduce anxiety in teenagers. Researchers at Yale University will enroll 108 adolescents with anxiety disorders and randomly assign their parents to one of two 12-session programs. The goal is to see if teaching parents specific skills can help lower their child's anxiety symptoms and improve family life.
