First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether getting a nerve block (paravertebral block) both before and after rib removal surgery helps control pain better than getting it only before surgery. About 50 adults with thoracic outlet syndrome will take part. Researchers will measure pain levels and quality of life to see which approach works best.
