Summary
This study is testing a new robotic tool that helps doctors remove non-cancerous growths (polyps or adenomas) from the rectum and lower colon through a scope, avoiding open surgery. About 56 adults with benign lesions up to 7 cm will be treated, and researchers will check how often the growth is removed in one piece and if there are serious complications like bleeding or a hole in the gut. The goal is to see if this robotic system is safe and effective for routine use.
