Summary
This study looked at two ways to treat hip dysplasia, a condition where the hip joint doesn't fit properly. One group had surgery (PAO) followed by exercise, while the other group did only exercise. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain and improved hip function after 12 months. 69 adults aged 18-45 took part.
