Summary
This study aims to see if a medication called Panzyga can prevent major infections in adults who have low antibody levels and autoimmune or rheumatic conditions. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Panzyga or a placebo (inactive substance) while they continue their standard B-cell depletion therapy. The main goal is to compare how many serious infections occur in each group over the treatment period.
