First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study compares two sequences of drugs (panitumumab followed by regorafenib versus the reverse order) in 214 patients with advanced colorectal cancer that no longer responds to standard treatments. Participants must have previously benefited from an anti-EGFR therapy and have no RAS or BRAF mutations. The goal is to see which sequence helps patients live longer and causes fewer side effects.
