Summary

This study looks at whether a supervised, at-home resistance training program done via tablet is safe and helpful for people with advanced pancreatic cancer. About 25 participants will do guided exercises while receiving chemotherapy or recovering from surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can preserve muscle, strength, and quality of life without causing injuries.
