Summary
This study tests whether a supervised, at-home resistance training program using a tablet is safe and helpful for people with advanced pancreatic cancer or those recovering from surgery. About 25 participants will do guided exercises while on chemotherapy or after surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can maintain muscle, strength, and quality of life without causing injuries.
