First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study is testing whether new lab tests (called biomarkers) from blood, stool, cyst fluid, or pancreatic juice can find early signs of cancer in pancreatic cysts. Researchers will collect samples from 800 people with pancreatic cysts and track their health for up to 3 years. The goal is to improve how doctors detect dangerous changes in cysts without needing surgery right away.
