Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized cancer vaccine, given alongside standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy drugs, can help prevent pancreatic cancer from coming back after surgery. The vaccine is designed to train the patient's own immune system to recognize and attack their specific cancer cells. Researchers will measure how long patients remain cancer-free and monitor safety.
