New triple-drug attack aims to slow deadly pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study tests a new drug combo (TQB2868 injection plus anlotinib capsules and chemotherapy) as the first treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer. About 80 adults aged 18-75 with confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma will take part. The goal is to see if the combination can delay cancer growth or improve survival.
