Summary

This study is testing if giving two different chemotherapy combinations one after the other is more effective than the current standard single regimen for people with newly diagnosed metastatic pancreatic cancer. It aims to see if this sequential approach can better control the cancer and extend the time patients live without their disease getting worse. The trial will also closely monitor side effects and quality of life.
