Summary

This study is testing if giving two powerful chemotherapy combinations one after the other works better than the current standard single combination for people with newly diagnosed metastatic pancreatic cancer. It will involve 162 patients to see if this sequential approach helps control the cancer for longer and is tolerable. The goal is to improve survival and quality of life for this aggressive disease.
