Summary
This study is testing a three-part treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Doctors will use a special scope to apply heat directly to the tumor, combine it with standard chemotherapy, and add an immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.
