Summary
This study is testing a three-part treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Doctors will first use a special ultrasound probe to heat and destroy the main tumor, then give standard chemotherapy along with an immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can help control the cancer and extend life for the 24 participants.
