Zapping tumors and boosting immunity: new hope for tough pancreatic cancer
NCT ID NCT03080974
Summary
This study is testing whether combining two treatments works better for advanced pancreatic cancer. Doctors will use a procedure called irreversible electroporation (IRE) to damage the tumor with electrical pulses, followed by the immunotherapy drug nivolumab. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can help control the cancer for longer.
