Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new experimental drug called HRS-4642 to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy helps people with pancreatic cancer that can potentially be removed with surgery. The treatment is given both before surgery (to shrink the tumor) and after surgery (to prevent recurrence). Researchers will measure how well the tumors respond, side effects, and whether patients live longer without their cancer returning.
