Inclusion Criteria: * C25 as primary diagnosis * pancreatic resection (OPS:5-524, 5-525) Exclusion Criteria: * Missing data on age or sex * transplantation procedures * Patients with a total pancreatectomy following a partial pancreatic resection during the same hospitalization
