Summary
This study looks at whether giving chemotherapy before surgery can make advanced pancreatic tumors small enough to be safely removed. It involves 2 people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be operated on initially. The goal is to see if this approach leads to complete tumor removal with clear margins.
