Summary
This early-phase study tested whether adding the experimental drug NIS793 to standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRINOX) could help people with metastatic pancreatic cancer. Only 4 people took part before the study was stopped. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combination could make tumors removable by surgery. Because the study was terminated early, results are limited.
