Summary
This study tested whether giving higher doses of a precise type of radiation (SBRT) over five sessions is safe for people with pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Thirty participants received the treatment to find the highest dose that does not cause severe side effects. The goal is to better control the cancer while limiting harm to nearby organs.
