Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma diagnosed by pathology or imaging; * Age ≥18 years old, male or female; * Patients receiving treatment based on irinotecan hydrochloride liposome injection II; * The subjects voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent.
