Summary
This study is testing a multi-part treatment for people whose pancreatic cancer has spread to the liver. Doctors deliver chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug directly into the liver's blood vessels, aiming to target the tumors more effectively. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients live longer compared to standard treatments.
