Summary
This study tests a new first-line treatment for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread to the liver. The approach combines chemotherapy delivered directly to the liver's blood supply with two immune-boosting drugs. The goal is to see if this combination can slow or stop cancer growth. About 38 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not had prior treatment will take part.
