Summary
This study is testing a new combination treatment for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread to the liver and who have not had prior treatment. The approach delivers chemotherapy directly to the liver tumors and combines it with two immunotherapy drugs. The main goal is to see if this combination can slow or stop the cancer from growing.
