Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has not spread to other organs. It combines a drug that helps the immune system fight cancer (Nivolumab) with a procedure that uses electrical pulses to destroy tumor cells (irreversible electroporation). The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can help people live longer. The study is currently recruiting 10 participants.
