Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, atezolizumab and cabozantinib, in 30 people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Researchers will also monitor side effects and study immune system changes.
