First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (liposomal irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and adebrelimab) plus short-course radiotherapy before surgery for people with pancreatic cancer that is either removable or borderline removable but has high-risk features. The goal is to see if this approach increases the chance of a complete surgical removal (R0 resection) and improves survival. About 37 adults aged 18-75 will participate in this phase 2 trial.
