First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding losartan (a blood pressure drug) and nivolumab (an immunotherapy) to standard chemotherapy and radiation can improve surgical outcomes for people with localized pancreatic cancer. About 168 participants with borderline resectable or locally advanced tumors will receive the combination before surgery. The main goal is to see if more tumors can be removed with clear margins (R0 resection).
