Summary
This study tests a two-step treatment for adults with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. First, patients receive standard chemotherapy. If the cancer does not spread, they then get high-precision radiation (SBRT) to the tumor, followed by more chemo. The goal is to see how many patients respond and how long the cancer stays under control.
