Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of three chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine, cisplatin, and nab-paclitaxel) before surgery can help shrink pancreatic tumors and improve outcomes. It includes 36 adults with pancreatic cancer that is either removable or borderline removable. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective, potentially leading to better results than surgery alone.
