Summary
This study is testing whether giving a combination of three chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine, cisplatin, and nab-paclitaxel) before surgery can help shrink pancreatic tumors and improve outcomes. The trial is for people with pancreatic cancer that can be surgically removed or is borderline removable. The goal is to see if this approach is more effective than standard treatment.
