Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has come back or spread. The treatment involves giving patients specially engineered immune cells (called CAR-NK cells) along with a daily pill named belzutifan. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if this combination can help control the cancer.
