Summary
This early-stage trial tests a drug called palbociclib, alone or with other medicines, in people with leukemia that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 32 adults aged 15 and older with acute myeloid or lymphoblastic leukemia are taking part.
