Summary
This study tested two materials—concentrated growth factor and collagen fleece—to see if they help the roof of the mouth heal better after gum graft surgery. 38 healthy adults took part, and the materials were placed on the wound and covered with a dressing. The goal was to reduce pain, speed up healing, and keep the tissue thickness, making recovery more comfortable.
