Scientists seek to map the hidden pain of a rare genetic disorder
NCT ID NCT07360574
Summary
This study aims to better understand the pain experienced by people with a rare genetic condition called PIEZO2-related arthrogryposis. Researchers will ask 12 participants, aged 10 and older, to track their pain levels and locations daily from home for two weeks. The goal is to describe the pain's patterns and impact to guide future care, not to test a new treatment.
