Pain education classes show promise for rural fibromyalgia sufferers

Summary
This study tests whether a short educational program about pain can help people with fibromyalgia who live in rural areas. 54 participants will either attend two 90-minute pain science sessions or continue their usual care. Researchers will measure pain, daily function, mood, and fear of movement before, right after, and 3 months later.
