Pain education classes show promise for fibromyalgia sufferers in rural areas

Summary

This study tests whether a short educational program about pain can help people with fibromyalgia living in rural areas. 54 participants will either attend two 90-minute classes or continue their usual care. Researchers will measure pain, daily function, and emotional well-being before, after, and three months later.
