Summary

This study tests whether Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) works better than Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or usual care for adults with chronic back pain. About 150 diverse participants will try one of the three approaches. The goal is to see which treatment lowers pain and improves daily life.
