New injection may ease pain after broken knee surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether a special pain-relieving injection given around the knee during surgery can lower pain after a tibial plateau fracture. About 150 adults with this type of broken knee will take part. The goal is to see if the injection leads to lower pain scores compared to standard care.
