Summary
This study tested two types of nerve blocks (ESP and SAP) to manage pain after heart surgery done through a small chest cut. 57 adults took part to see which method better reduces the need for strong painkillers and improves recovery. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to control pain and speed up healing.
