New combo may ease pain after lung surgery and speed recovery

Summary
This study tests whether combining a painkiller called tegileridine with a nerve block can better control pain after lung surgery. About 118 adults having lung surgery will receive this combination. The goal is to reduce pain, lower the need for extra pain drugs, and help patients recover faster.
