Summary

This study compared two methods for managing pain after major spinal surgery for scoliosis. Researchers tested a newer nerve-block technique against traditional spinal morphine in 40 adult patients. The goal was to see which approach provided better pain relief and patient satisfaction during the first 24 hours after surgery.
