Summary
This study aims to find the best method for pain relief after hypospadias repair surgery in young boys. It will compare two different nerve block techniques, both given with a sedative medication called dexmedetomidine, to see which provides longer-lasting pain control. The goal is to improve recovery and comfort for children after this common congenital surgery.
