First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study compares two pain relief options—an oral medication and a numbing spray—against a placebo during hysterosalpingography (HSG), an X-ray test for infertility. About 102 women will rate their pain on a scale from 0 to 10. The goal is to find which method works best to make the procedure more comfortable.
