Summary
This study aims to find which of two drugs works better when added to a standard pain-blocking injection for patients having their thyroid gland removed. Researchers will compare dexmedetomidine and dexamethasone in 60 patients undergoing thyroid surgery to see which provides longer and more effective pain relief after the operation. The goal is to help patients recover more comfortably with less pain medication.
