Summary

This study tests two pain medicines, dezocine and nalbuphine, given with a standard opioid after oral cancer surgery. The goal is to find which combination controls pain better, causes fewer side effects like nausea, and helps the surgical flap heal. Sixty adults aged 18 to 70 having oral cancer surgery with flap reconstruction will take part.
