Summary
This study looked at two methods to control pain after a mastectomy: a nerve block (erector spinae plane block) and numbing medicine injected into the wound. 37 women took part, and researchers measured how much morphine they needed in the first day after surgery. The goal was to find which method works better for reducing pain and the need for strong painkillers.
